Bethany Backer is a first-generation college graduate and current doctoral candidate at ob体育试玩, where she is specializing in Higher Education Leadership and Organizational Studies (HELOS). With a passion for inspiring others through her journey, Bethany is dedicated to helping the next generation of students navigate their own academic and career paths.

Professionally, Bethany serves as a Commercial Kitchen Estimator for Singer Kittredge, developing large-scale proposals for major food service facilities such as stadiums and arenas. Over her five years of experience in project estimating, she has used her skills to support her team’s performance, raising their win rate from 15% to an impressive 32% in 2024. Bethany brings her practical experience into her role as an adjunct faculty in Bay Path’s MBA program, where she encourages students to apply real-world practices to classroom learning.  Bethany holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from ob体育试玩. Outside of work and academics, she is a proud wife and mother of two, enjoying time outdoors with her family and their pets.
